When we go to Disneyland we usually start at one land and work our way across the park...Star Tours is an okay ride, but it's nothing you really have to rush to go do. Example: Start at Tomorrow Land, then Fantasy Land and Toon Town, then Frontier Land, then Critter Country/New Orleans Square...Just an example. Don't be afraid to take the train that circles the park...If you're in Tomorrow Land and want to go on the Haunted Mansion, just take the train! It's a nice way to rest your feet!
I haven't stayed at the Anabella hotel, so I can't help you there. As for cheap restaurants, there is an IHOP, a Denny's, and a McDonald's to the east of the park...We stayed at the Motel 6 for 4 nights in August/September 2009...It wasn't bad (they remodeled it recently), and it was cheap...and within walking distance. We ate at Denny's almost every morning! LOL!
YOU DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR FAST PASSES! There are little machines near some of the popular rides (Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, and some others)...You insert your park ticket into the machine, and it spits out a little paper ticket (and gives you the park ticket back) that allows you to come back to the ride (usually about an hour later) and you get to skip a good portion of the line.

Question 1: Should I bounce around or start at a certain attraction and stay on a course from there?
Answer 1: Since it sounds like you're staying for at least two days, then go on what you want. Even if you were a complete idiot and didn't know how to monitor time, you'd still have enough to go on pretty much every ride. I say go on the first ride you see. I, also, almost always go on Star Tours first as above poster said.
Question 2: What are these fastpasses, explain in detail please, and has anyone stayed at the anabella hotel before, is it nice?
Answer 2: Fast passes is just something you pay extra for to cut line and it can save you a lot of time. They are pricy though, but sometimes worth it. The Anabella hotel is not one I've stayed at, but I'm sure it's nice.
Question 3: Any certain places around the park cheap to eat if I leave and come back?
Answer 3: I've heard there is a McDonald's right outside the park if you don't mind eating that. I'm sure it would be way cheaper, and it's pretty much right outside the park. We were dumb and ate at this average cafe right next to Thunder Mountain, wasn't terrific but wasn't terrible. Super pricy though.

You should'nt plan out a certain way of going. Most times, rides & attractions are spontaneous, which make the experience just a little better. Fastpasses make your trip 100% better in that, they have you wait less for a ride than wating in the normal line (which can get long). Fastpasses are slips that give you a time to come back to the ride, when the line is shorter. I don't know of any cheap places to eat around the park, but I do know of Fast Food types of places surrounding the park. Have Fun!

go on the first ride you see :D
i always go on star tours first ;; tradition. hahah.
if you go to downtown disney, food might be cheaper out there than inside the park? I have stayed at the anabella before. I liked it, it was pretty nice. To me anyways. I don't really remember if you can see the fireworks from there, but I think you can. And there's this really good food place next to it :D Fastpasses basically let you cut the line. If you have a fastpass, you can go through the fastpass line, which usually has no people. So basically you don't really have to wait in line for rides. It's like a cheater's pass :D
