Help me choose between four Cancun Resorts?
The wife and I have narrowed our search down to the following:
The Royal in Cancun
Excellence Riviera Cancun
The Royal Playa del Carmen
Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun
We are leaning towards the two Royal resorts, due to price. Is there a reason we shouldn't?
Out of the above, what would you recommend?
Would travel from the airport to the hotels be covered in the "all inclusive" packages?

The Royal Playa del Carmen is very nice and very close to 5th Avenue where all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and night life is at. It's only a couple of blocks away and really fun. I personally would rather stay in PDC than in Cancun.

That's it !! Not, The Royal. For many things, maybe are more cheaper as other, but the service is not really good...

I just came back yesterday from Cancun and we stayed in Gran Bahia Principe Coba! such a nice resort and super big!

I have not stayed at any of those hotels. I would look at tripadvisor.com to see reviews of those specific hotels.
Travel from the airport to the hotels is usually not included, but is added on at the end, referred to as "transfers". The price quote will specifically say "transfers" on it.
