What molecule does our body use most often to drive unfavorable chemical reactions? (biology)?

im thinking enzymes but im not too sure about it, so whats the answer?

    ATP

    The cleavage of high energy phosphate bonds is key to driving unfavorable reactions. Enzymes are catalysts. They accelerate favorable reactions, but cannot drive unfavorable reactions with an energy input, most likely from ATP.
