Would this be asking for too much?

If the Raptors can win 3 of their final 4 games OR the Bulls can win 4 of their final 5, the entire Playoff field will consist of teams with records of .500 or better for the first time in FOREVER! Do you think it will happen, or is it just wishful thinking?

I asked a similar question at the beginning of the season. Here's what the community had to say then: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Am8wc...

Update:

Anybody know when the last time all the teams in the Playoffs had .500 or better records was?

Thats asking for a little too much. Neither team will make it happen and here's why.

Tonight the Bulls play a Cavs team which may seem to have nothing to play for, but they will play to win in order to keep their swagger ready for the playoffs. Keep in mind that this game might be a preview to the first round match-up, so the Cavs will wanna make a statement. Bulls also have to face Boston and Charlotte, playoff-ready teams who mean business.

The Bosh-Less Raptors will face a hungry ATL squad tomorrow. The Hawks are fighting Boston for the 3seed. And I really dont think Toronto will beat Chicago when they match up.

Both teams have at least 2 losses left in them. Toronto has an easier schedule, but what can they do with no Bosh? I think they will get the 8seed simply because CHI has a hard schedule.

Small chance the Raptors Lost Bosh for a few weeks and Hedu has been a bust. And the bulls suck. That 8th seed will be below .500 IMO

    Wishful thinking.

I doubt by the end of the season, the Eastern Conference will be .500+
