I'm in the same boat with you! i cut mine a little above my shoulders in august 2009. Its now a little bit past my shoulders. Half aan inch maybe? But My advice is, even though it sounds crazy, every 3-6 months, or whenever needed, go get a trim. This will keep the split ends from coming back and renew your hair. It will not grow well with split ends or dry and damaged ends. Coincidentally, I am going today to get mine trimmed. : )
