how do i know if all my blackberry apps are closed?
I have a pearl flip. I keeo getting an error message about my camera. It says to close all apps and then reopen camera. How do I make sure all the apps are closed?they seem tp be closed. What am I doing wrong?
I did what the first poster said. I closed all the apps,except for the ones that you can't close. I try to turn on the camera and it says, " Could not start the camera. Close other apps and try opening camera again." Whats up with this error message? All the apps are closed but i still can't use the camera. Any ideas on what to do now?

Make sure you always close all apps by pressing the Menu key selecting Close
To see what's running hold the alt key and the back key at the same time
Release the the back key and continue to hold the alt key
Scroll to an open application and press the trackball to open it
Press the Menu key and select Close..repeat for other open applications
Applications that always run and cannot be closed are:
BBM, Browser, Home Screen, Messages and Phone
