Can you exchanged a dvd through walmart.com?

I plan on buying my mom star trek The original series on blue ray, but if something wrong with the dvds can I exchanged it for another one through the website. I know in the stores they can not doing nothing for you if don't sell it.

Update:

I need reread my questions before posting them, what trying to say is if bought a dvd from walmart.com (just website), if dvds broken and will not work in my player, can I exchanged the dvds through the website, because the stores do not sell the dvd I plan on buying only thought website itself. The stores's policy is can only do exchanged not refund of even kind through the stores.

Yes, I check the site, unlike other site. walmart.com does not make clear if can get exchanged on dvds?

    Yeah, the website should be able to help you. I don't know how they are for sure. Some places will send a postage box to you for shipment cost purposes. Other places will give you a RA # to put on the return box, then you will ship it back to the address they will provide you. Once they receive the damaged product, they will send you a replacement.

    BTW: If the product is damaged, you can exchange it ONLY for the same title. Just like in stores.

    Have I got this right? You want to exchange a DVD at a store that never sold you the DVD in the first place? It's not how it works. If a DVD is faulty, your return it to where you purchased it together with the receipt as proof of purchase

    Walmart will exchange anything, no matter where you bought it. That's right, you can buy a DVD at Zellers, and then walk straight to Walmart and they will happily exchange it for you.

    A comedian once joked, and he wasn't too far off the truth, that you can buy a pack of diapers, use them, and return them to Walmart for an exchange.
