My cat slapped me!!!!?
I was lazying on the couch and she was sleeping on my belly, then I turned my head and looked at her; when I noticed she was awake I blinked at her...and she slapped me in the face ._.
I mean, it's not like it hurt, she didn't use her claws, but WTF?!? I didn't knew cats slapped people!
Does anyone have any idea of why she did that?

Blinking at a cat is kind of like blowing a kiss- It's kind of fun to play around with- When the cat is across the room, sitting quietly- Try blinking at her and see if she does it back. Blinking at her when you were so close allowed her to respond more directly. My cat "bats" at me quite frequently- usually at my ankles as I walk by- sort of like a quick "hey, you ... I'm right here!"
Was it a gentle "biff"? or was it a fast striking motion? I would interpret a relaxed biff as a sign of affection. If it was more like a strike- quick smack and back like the strike of a snake- I would consider that an admonishment, and you should be very glad there were no claws involved.
If it was a biff, she was treating you like she would a buddy, and she probably would have been up for some play- Quiet play at times like that for us is usually my placing the tips of my fingers on the cat's paw- He might respond by pulling his paw out and placing it on top of my fingers- we may do that a couple of times, or I might go for a different paw or even the end of his tail if it is close by, Oreo has even flicked me with the end of his tail- the encounter usually ends quietly with a rub on the nose, or a blink or a verbal "merf" before we both relax back into our lounging. The whole thing is sort of an act of acknowledgment and affection. Now if he is feisty it can turn into something a bit more active and I have to usually find a toy on the end of a string pretty quickly or else get my hands under the blankets for a quick game of "hunt and seek" in order to avoid the claws that could make an appearance in the excitement-
So it looks like you were either responded to in a relaxed way, or smacked down for being too forward-
Either way, she sounds like she could be lots of fun- Enjoy her!

If it was a real slap, it's what mother cats do to their kittens to discipline them - you obviously did something she didn't like!
But my dear old cat used to tap me gently on the hand or face to get my attention if she wanted to be petted.

I don't recommend slapping your cat back. Your cat could simply call the cops, and they ALWAYS take the side of the animal when it involved domestic abuse. :(

If it was a soft slap, she was probably indacating she wanted to play. If she hit you hard, she wanted to kill you.
check on google "how to tell if your cat is plotting to kill you"
