How do I repaint a chain link fence?

Need advice on how to repaint a 40 year old chain link fence. Only minor rust.

Please provide details on:

1. prepping the area (wire brush, clean with TSP, none or both?)

2. type of paint

3. spray or roll? would prefer to roll - less loss of paint and won't hit the neighbor's plants.

chain link should be galvanized. But they don't last forever. Use a wire brush on it and then Tremclad. Forget the TSP. Me I just get a spray can and do touch ups. There are other things to do in life......"beer. Gahhhhhyummyummyumm"

If the rust is really bad i'd use naval jelly to remove most, get some Rustoleum Primer and prime those bad spots, Then as suggested in the other post, use a paint mitt and go at it.
