Need advice on how to repaint a 40 year old chain link fence. Only minor rust.

Please provide details on:

1. prepping the area (wire brush, clean with TSP, none or both?)

2. type of paint

3. spray or roll? would prefer to roll - less loss of paint and won't hit the neighbor's plants.

House is three years old, basement walls are 9' poured concrete, with the rear wall entirely exposed (above ground).

We have had no problems with moisture, even in very rainy periods. What is the best way for me to start finishing the inside of the exterior walls? Wood studs vs. Metal? Spray foam insulation or a combination of extruded polystyrene and fiberglass?

Son slept on the couch last night and had an accident. How do I remove the urine smell and disinfect everything? Is there a way I can do it without removing the cushion covers and throwing everything in the laundry?
