    No you cant sue all individuals for having shriveled hiv from them, as for the regulations you talk of, I wasnt conscious there have been regulations in place for HIV, different than for privateness subjects. it isn't any longer against the regulation to have HIV, subsequently any regulations concerning to HIV would in basic terms be to guard ones privateness, and to no longer discriminate against them in any way. are you able to be extra specific as to what regulations are on your recommendations.

    HIV is illegal in New Jersey. If you are found to have it(your doctor is obliged to inform the police) you face a prison sentence of up to 3 years.
