obama thinks Americans are stupid. After all, we voted for him.

Why is he lying about drilling for oil? Not sure what you mean by that.

Why is Obama such an obvious liar? I wouldn't say obvious, but definitely a liar. As are all politicians. And the reason is because lying always works better in politics than telling the truth - which is because the majority of people are too ignorant about politics that they vote for whoever makes the most promises rather than the guy who will do the best job.

The oil companies have not even explored all the existing leases they have and will not until the price of the barrel rises enough for them to do so.

The areas being opened up now have not been explored for it was illegal for them to so.

Where do you get your information that the oil companies have already explored all the known possibilities and they already know where all the oil is?

Oil companies still have tax payed land grant that their are not using so why would they need new wells that take years to come on line, if NASA and the Navy will allow it.

He is wanting a disaster , big oils spill to happen the he'll say I told you so, oil is bad.

There is an old maxim in the oil patch: "The best place to look for oil is in an oil field." Of course, GW Bush was too incompetent to do that. He lost billions trying to find oil in Midland Texas - one of the country's largest oil fields.
