Girls please tell me what it means .plssssssssss help to find an answer for this?pls read this dont hesitate?

she is my coll mate.we are both of different department .she looks beatiful and i wanted to talk with her . I couldnt talk with her in the college my coll wont allows boys girls to talk inside the campus .1day i saw her in the railway station and didnt knw wat to talk . but i went to her and said you are looking good in this dress.. after that . when ever i pass her in the coll she used to watch me whether i am seeing her or not .after a month her birthday came and i kept a greeting card inside a book and gave her .she returned it to me by sticiking a sticker over the card saying "thanks for wishing"not in a normal way but using colour pens and all..and then i gave her requst in face book she saw my request and sent me this message"i just want to make one thing very clear.. i am not at al interested in being ur friend or anything.. i never accepted ur greeting card.. i just thanked u for wishing.. dont try to give greetings and al like this hereafter.. i dont want to be rude. its better you understand." i said ok no problems thanks for not hurting me ..she is not accepting the frnd request in face book nor rejecting it .. In the college she sees me whether I am seeing her or not . if i see her she is starting to turn his attention some where .. what she has in her mind . what should i do to make her talk with me ..
