I doubt an officer would bother you unless someone calls and complains. If that happens, there are several things that could cause problems including people getting wet that are not part of the fight or possibly even littering seeing you will be leaving balloon fragments all over.

Unless there are unusual circumstances, you will probably just be sent on your way.

The fact is only valid if she makes it voluntarily. If she makes it under duress, her mothers and dads might desire to be prosecuted for conspiracy to pervert the path of justice. If there is already been a family members contract to pay decrease back the money, the police won't choose for to grow to be in touch. Your cousin ought to get therapy for her ailment.

No, you won't get a ticket. Just don't hit any adults and make sure it's OK with the kids before you get them wet. Parks are where just such things are supposed to happen. Have fun!

You may if the town has an ordinance against littering. You may want to clean up as many fragments as possible to avoid trouble.

Source(s): I am a retired police officer. I retired as a sergeant, after 29 years, from a very large department, about 12,000 officers. I was a patrol officer for 4 years in a very diverse area. I was a tactical officer in the high rise project areas of my city. We called it vertical patrol in that we walked the the stairways of the high rises most of the time. I did that for 5 years and was promoted by test to detective. I worked violent crime (homicide, sex, officer involved shootings, robbery, kidnapping, serious non property incidents) for 11 years until I was promoted to sergeant. I worked as a street supervisor, a bicycle patrol supervisor and a desk sergeant/watch commander. During my time as a tactical officer and a detective I was a unit representative for the police union. I have a B.A in English and an M.S. in Law Enforcement Administration

Yup. ESPECIALLY if it's at the Police you throw the Balloons !!! ;) So if You don't want Them to "put you away"- for LIFE, - stick to throwing frisbees !! ;)
