A low calorie breakfast?

I don't have very much time to eat breakfast in the morning. I was wondering..... Is there anything filling, fast, and low calorie I can eat for breakfeast?

    Meal replacement with a medium fruit- apple/ banana/ etc ..

    (Instant carnation breakfast- made with 1% milk/ Ensure/ Boost)

    Yoghurt parfait:

    Cup of nonfat greek yoghurt with 1/2 cup granola/ muesili (or 1/4 cup wheatgerm/ bran buds- grapenuts) with 1/4 cup nuts/ seeds and serving of added fruit (chopped banana, 3/4 cup fresh- frozen berries or 1/4 cup dried)

    Wholewheat toast/ english muffin with 2tbsp natural peanut butter and a sliced apple/ banana or 1/4 cup raisins ontop with lowfat yoghurt/ cottage cheese or 250mL 1-2% milk.

    Oatmeal 3/4 cup (steel/ rolled/ pkg's- 2) made with 250mL 1-2% milk (or cup of wholegrain/ fiber cereal made with 250mL 1-2% milk) with a serving of fruit (ie: 250mL fruit juice, 3/4 cup berries, 1/4 cup dried, 1/2 cup canned- fruit cup, or medium fruit- banana/ apple/ etc ..)

    With optional 1/4 cup nuts/ seeds in cereal or 2tbsp crunchy peanut butter in hot oats.

    good healthy things to eat in the morning are:

    granola bars, low fat yogurt, cheerios, lucky charms, or oatmeal.
