how do you get rid of people who are not listening to you in the office?
I have two new girls that were just hired into the office. They are both on their 90 day probation, yet every time a patient complains about them or the office complains about them, the office ceo and manager doesn't acknowledge their wrongdoing or trying to hide things in the office to work on.
The office is a place of life and death for patients and these two newby's are not listening to the manager in the office and making decisions on their own. How does one get rid of them?

It's up to the managers to get rid of them, not you. All you can do is continue to bring the complaints directly to them, maybe have the customers go directly to them to file the compliant.

document what they do and get complaints in writing. Take them to the person above the office manager.
