Not necessarily, but if you're saving up expressed milk for work/school/time away from baby, it won't hurt to wake up and pump it, if you like.
Most women find that their bodies adjust over time. As long as you feed her on demand during the day and don't try to force her to sleep through the night before she's developmentally ready, then your supply will probably be just fine. However, if you find that she starts waking at night again, it's best to go with her cues and go ahead and feed her. Babies go through growth spurts, teething, and illnesses that can cause them to wake at night again, and growth spurts especially are important to keep up with. That's how your supply grows to meet your baby's needs. So, in short, just make sure you follow your baby's cues during the day *and* at night.
If your body has gotten used to pumping in the middle of the night, you might get a little engorged the first night you try to go without pumping. If you start feeling uncomfortably full, just hand express a little milk until you're comfortable again. Like I said before, though, if you want to build up a milk stash, you can continue to pump it if you like. It's completely up to you.

I am very impressed your baby is sleeping so long at only 2 1/2 months! That is awesome.
Your body will adjust to what your baby needs. You might feel a little engorged for the 1st few nights, but that will pass. Just make sure you keep feeding on demand and your body will do the rest.
You can continue to pump if you want, but don't feel like you have to do it.

Your body will adjust to your baby's schedule. As she continues to sleep through the night your body will just stop producing as much during those hours and you will continue to produce when your baby is awake and hungry. When I went back to work when my son was 3 months I never pumped at work (for 8 hours a day) and was still able to breastfeed in the evening hours and once overnight without a problem.

My daughter's been sleeping 12 hours through night since 7 weeks and feeding regular through the day - she's got a good healthy weight gain, is always smiling and content and my milk supply is just fine - she's ten weeks old now. My advice is, DON'T wake up to pump, enjoy being one of the lucky ones and enjoy your sleep! :)

If you want to put your baby to sleep in 20 seconds you must get the "Instant Baby Sleep" MP3 sound track. Here is their official web-site: http://www.instantbabysleep.net/
The sound track gently produces energy over the full human hearing spectrum with an embedded pulse that gently eases the brain to the Alpha state well known for drowsiness and sleep induction.

You would not fully lose your milk in such a short period of time. But in the beginning it is recommended that you pump every few hours just to establish your supply.
