the scheduled delivery date is 4/14 but the package is now only roughly 45 minutes away from me according to this last arival scan

I think that it is VERY likely that your package will be 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' tomorrow and be delivered tomorrow provided that you or someone else is there to receive it.
I generally get my UPS parcels earlier than the estimated delivery date.
