Unless you happen to have some graphic design experience, I would recommend getting someone to help you design it. They can create one for you that is vector based, using a program such as Adobe Illustrator. This means that you can resize it as much as you want and it won't lose quality. It's good that you already have a design in mind, so just find someone with the technical knowledge to help you create it!

There are many websites that could help you about your logo, it's not free service for sure, but if you want to pay less, you can pick a logo template from any free logo design websites, then try to talk to the owner to make the changes you want for a small fee, I hope this idea will help.

A logo is a graphic mark or emblem commonly used by commercial enterprises, organizations and even individuals to aid and promote instant public recognition. Logos are either purely graphic (symbols/icons) or are composed of the name of the organization (a logotype or wordmark)

I would recommend going through a freelancer. Like the answer said before, you need it to be vector based. This allows you to scale the image to any size without losing any quality. Only programs like Corel Draw and Illustrator allow you to do this. I do freelance graphic design work on the side. Contact me if you need help.
