Can you press charges if someone takes your fed ex package?
I accidentally had a package sent to my old address and nicely went by the house asking if they had my package they stated no but fed ex has it as delivered? It is my old neighborhood in which a package could sit a week untouched. Could I press charges or get the police involved?
Done called the website and waiting for fed ex's response now...

You could do that, sure.
You would need proof that they took your package, though (The Fed Ex guy saw them, they admitted it, etc.)
Just having left it in front of the house and you THINK they took it is not enough to do anything about.

Mail tampering is a felony. They could get in trouble if they have your package but it may be hard to prove. Call the Fed Ex back and ask them what your rights are. You could also call the post office too.

If YOU supplied the wrong address, Fed Ex is NOT responsible, nor is the seller. It was sent and delivered where YOU specified.
It is perfectly legal to KEEP unordered items sent to you by ANYONE.
You are out of luck!

Ifyou know it was sighned for then you know the person from whom you can get it. If it has disapeared then you can involve the police and you can press charges.
