Four years after suffering foreclosure I have decided I hate renting and want to buy again. I have found a house that has interested me and due to fear after the foreclosure I want to buy well under my means. The house needs repairs but nothing to awful, the main repair needed is plumbing. The house cost $30,000 asking price and I am figuring $15,000 in repairs. My income is $40,000 a year and have $10,000 to put down. Is there a snowball's chance in hell to get a mortgage loan?

Me and my husband have suffered a foreclosure almost 5 years ago and other blemishes on our credit. The house we want to buy is in a USDA area but needs repairs like paint and flooring. Would we have a chance with 10% down.

I love my husband but in the last 3 years he has had an affair, became violent (only 2 times), and seems to becoming a more insensitive a** with each passing month. He is the father of our two girls ages 6 and 10. We have been together for 15 years and I do still love him but not sure if it is worth staying.

I have a 2001 Mercury Cougar that i parked at work went to get in to leave and it did not start. The battery is good it started a 1999 Ford F-150 and we have put a starter on it and it still will not start..... We have hooked up a code reader with no codes to read it states. It just clicks when you try to start it. What am I overlooking?

my friend left their pc and asked be to download a few programs as they are not very tech savy but they forgot to leave the monitor's plug. Is there a way I can hook up my laptop as the primary monitor?

My mother in law is in need of assistance with hip replacement surgery. She is only 50 years old but can barely walk and complete mundane day to day task and the task she can complete she has to do with assistance of crutches. She was employed when it was stated that she needed hip replacement surgery but before the surgery could be scheduled she was laid off and was offered cobra insurance for $350 a month which she could not afford to pay and pay her month to month bills. She has been denied Medicaid and all other government assisted insurance that we have knowledge of. The doctor that she sees monthly to get Arthritis medication and pain medication has stated if she continues to go without surgery that the hip will not be able to be fixed as it will do irreversible damage. Any help that could be provided would be highly appreciated.

I used to care about my appearance and work out on a regular basis then I met my husband got lazy and gained 100 pounds but I still cared to dress nice and do my makeup. I haven't bought any new clothes in over 2 years really, I stay in my pajamas half the time. I seem to have no self control and this is not the person I knew myself to be at one time. I bought a motorcycle of craigslist the guy who we bought it from said he would get a title for us. He has slowly stopped communication with no title. I contacted the county clerk with the VIN and they can not find it in our state's registry.....What else can be done short of taking that person to small claims court.

I am working on restoring/customizing a 1976 Kz400. The back tire/rim seems to be extremely thin. Is there a way to get a slightly wider tire/rim on this bike? Ifso how? I also have thought of trying a KZ1000 rim. Would this work?

I accidentally had a package sent to my old address and nicely went by the house asking if they had my package they stated no but fed ex has it as delivered? It is my old neighborhood in which a package could sit a week untouched. Could I press charges or get the police involved?

My husband and a family member revealed they had a "thing" during last summer I was only informed a month ago.I am trying to work on my relationships with both as one is the father of my children and the other is close to my girls. But to speak honestly I am not doing well I am very hurt and coming from a violent background growing up my hurt turns to anger. I have envisioned slamming her head into a rock wall and his head into the freezer door. I recognize I am no longer a kid and can't actually do these things but need to find a better outlet to let the anger out. What do you suggest?

My husband had an affair that I just discovered just a little under a month ago with a family member of mine. I am still very angry and hurt but I do love him very dearly and have gave him 14 years of my life and two sweet little girls. But how do I not lash out in angry? (ie. Telling him to go after the other women because she was so much better ) I typically say it with more curse words
