ebay dispute ???????????????????
I just received a dispute with a buyer because the phone I sold her is unserviceable in her area. The listing clearly said it only works for Verizon, even the title stated so. The buyer was aware of it being a Verizon phone, she was pleased with phone but later found out Verizon doesn't service her area. My listing clearly says no returns accepted since I don't take things back unless the item received is different from the listings description. Shouldn't the buyer be responsible to know what wireless services are available in their area before they purchase a phone? What do you think?
I just received an email from ebay stating that they find the buyer in favor, what? This is a hard blow, Im an honest ebayer with 100% positive feedback of 100+, I pay their ridiculous seller/ final fees, then they take more from me through paypal, and I get screwed because A buyer just clicks the bid now button without giving it a thought.
