give me some causes for youth getting spoilt?

Parents letting them get away with poor behaviour. lack of discipline in school, peer group pressure to behave badly, insignificant punishments when taken to court.

Thank heavens we are only speaking of a small minority.

Parents giving in to their children... so poor parenting skills. maybe they don't make the time to actually teach their children they right values and all that, so they just give their kids what they want. And so the children take advantage of that..

Lack of consequence and bad example are, IMHO, the two worst causes.
