Any moms of twins who can help me with a stroller search?

Or even a mom of 2 little ones closer in age. I am doing the painstaking researching on finding a stroller for my coming twins and I have to admit I am in love with a certain one but the price tag is giving me a little sticker shock. Most of my friends who are moms are telling me they have gone through 3 strollers because they didn't like it, or it was poorly constructed, kid hated it, etc, and I am trying to avoid that struggle and waste of money.

Anyone have a double they are in love with?

this is my dream and maybe if I sell a twin I can afford it lol (clearly kidding for those without a sense of humor!) http://www.bumbleride.com/collection2010/indie-twi...

Update:

thank you so much Tina, I never thought to check second hand for some reason! Everyone keeps saying "just put it on your registry" but I could NEVER, I would feel so greedy!

    Very nice!

My twins are 19 months old - we have a total of 4 strollers - most that we bought second hand - check out kids consignment stores, Craigs List etc . . . .

We have single strollers, because you are not always going to be out with both or so that my husband and I or my mom and I can each push one . . . we have a double tandem Graco Duo Glider that I HATE! It is bulky, heavy, barely fits in the trunk of a car and if we did not get it at a yard sale for dirt cheap, I would be kicking myself.

My love for the double stroller is a Zooper Duo Tango Stroller - it runs about $500 (yes - sticker shock) but we got it from Overstock.com for a little over half of that. It is lightweight, folds flat and fits through doorways . . . but the one you like is cuter!

Seriously, see if you can find the one you love second hand somewhere!

Here are some sites that have it for less than the manufacturer site:

A lot of places have the 2009 model for about $100 less - every little bit helps!

    Best wishes!

ETA - Definitely try second hand - car seats and things like that should be new for safety reasons . . . but for a stroller, I would definitely go second hand. We keep our Tango stroller in the house, I clean it whenever something spills so whenever we are done with it, I plan to sell it and it will look like new still! LOL!

Ok so I only have one stroller for my twins right now but I would LOVE to get on like the one you are looking at once they have grown out of their infant carrier. Right now we have a Baby trend snap n go double stroller that fits 2 infant car seats. You can find them on craigslist.org sometimes. I also got used car seats for only $20 each and found really cute well made custom infant car seat covers for only $35 each so I saved a lot going this rout. I get tons of complements on my car seats and my stroller. I am thinking about getting Dream On Me Double Twin Stroller since they are only around $100 if I cant find a better one on craigslist.org in excellent condition.
