What's a better workout?
What's better? Running on a treadmill doing 2 miles at 8 mph with little incline Orr running 2 miles on a treadmill at 6 mph doing two miles with maximum incline?

Well they're both different workouts for different reasons. The 2 miles, 8 mph would be a more strictly cardio based work out, and the 2 miles 6mph would be more of a physical toning exercise. I would work with the 8mph - drop to 6mph - raise incline - lower incline - raise to 8mph in that order 4-6 times over 40-60 mins, Shorter few minute burst to a lower speed / high incline will help in your over all fitness. This would maximize your weight loss, cardio, and physical toning.

maximum incline on a treadmill even walking is incredibly challenging. Running 6 mph with that incline will probably wipe u out really quickly unless u have legs of steel.
