How long has it been since this last happened in the NBA?

The Bulls won. They’re in the Playoffs. They were the last seed to clinch, and they’re record is even at 41-41. That is the first time in a LONG time all 16 Playoff teams have a .500+ record. When was the last time it happened?

Update:

I’ve been pulling for this for a while and asked questions related to it in the Preseason and just last week. Here’s what the community had to say about my lofty aspirations at the time.
