What to wear to my bf's b-day?

My boyfriend is having his huge birthday party in the neighboring college town, with all of our friends. Him being the b-day boy, i have to look really cute. So what you you suggest for a sexy dress and heels maybe jewelry as well. I am 5'3'' a size 2 and have brown hair and blue eyes

if its not gonna be like.. to fancy, i would suggest like... super skinny jeans, a cute flowy shirt woth something a little colorful on it, a leather jacket, and cute black boots... but if its too hot then you can wear shorts, that would also look cute :)

but if its like a dance party or something i would also think something like a bright short dress maybe with lots of blue to match ur pretty blue eyes and any color heels u would like, and silver balls for earings would look cuteeee, with like curled hair :) and a big flower right or teal jewl ring... CUTE :)
