How does the EU respond to street/abandoned children?

In europe, what insitutions or organizations are unwanted/street/abandon children are sent to?

Update:

I know the EU isn't a country, lol it's basically a deeply integrated free trade zone, I'm just in America and completely unaware to how things are set up over there.

The EU is not a country.

Each of the 27 member states have their own governmental institutions and charities that help abandoned children.

Barnados is one in the UK

    Kinderhilfswerk is one in Germany

In the UK, they are sent to special areas called Chav Towns.
