where to check laws about labor, compensation, etc?
I know my manager is doing illegal things. She schedules people for 1 1/2 hour shifts, she has tried to mess with the records of the hours that we've worked, she doesn't schedule hours consistently, she expects everyone to lie for her, she lies to everyone, threatens, and basically just uses people. I'm looking for a site that will help me check up on the legality of these things, and possibly take some further action. Any ideas?

other than your assumption they are messing with records, there is nothing illegal in what you have stated

Just call your state's Employment Services or the Labor Board if she is doctoring your hours. Otherwise, none of the other things you mentioned are illegal. An employer can schedule however it likes. And your managers are under no legal obligation to treat you nicely.

But in quick reply the only thing you listed above that is a violation of labor law is if she has altered records of hours worked. It is completely legal to schedule people for 1.5 hour shifts nor is she required to schedule hours consistently.
The rest of the stuff has nothing to do with labor law.
