Should you have to take an IQ test to vote?
What should be the minimum IQ cutoff? And should votes also be weighted based on your score?(Higher score = more votes?)

No because black voters would be disqualified from voting.

No! The constitution prohibits such tests but there should, and could, be a requirement that someone be literate before he can vote. If someone cannot read he has no way of knowing what he is voting for other than what someone else tells him the ballot says.

No, the IQ exam is an out-dated and inaccurate measure of intelligence. What they could have though is a basic general knowledge exam to test the voters' awareness of political issues. Probably far too time-consuming though.
