    That's a good question! I ended mine at the beginning of spring. I think it's the ' re-birth' concept. Everything is so fresh and revitalized, so I guess it's nature's way of letting us know that we can have a fresh start with romance. Who wants to be alone during winter? The weather puts you down emotionally, so the last thing you need is a void in your life.... you fill it up with anything (in this case a partner)

    In the winter, its all about partnering up and romanticishness. But in the summer, its about heat and sex and flings, and the spring reminds you that its time to "liberate" yourself.. but come winter..

    i think coz of new year the people want sth new so they break up to start another relationship!
