If this was true then those would not be called ‘truths’. They would be called anything, ideas, notions, hypotheses, or superstitions, but truths. If we enter into the abstract world of the mind, we see that there it is quite possible for people to form beliefs without needing any solid proofs, to believe in something that has not established as the truth.
This is for instance possible for you to believe that you will succeed however you might not have a clue how, or for the hypochondriac they have this ailment or that while in reality being perfectly sound and healthy.
Some 'truths' that has come to be known as the truth, in common belief, or in the opinion of one person, merely because it was believed in, would therefore be a truthful manifestation of the ability of the mind instead. Then the proof of the truth is the mind of the believer.
This is common in the world we live in that it is media that is important and not the new. If for instance BBC or CNN broadcast some piece of news, true or false, how man people would be there to doubt. The entire edifice of religion is based upon this principle that the news of the after world, of the existence of God, and of angels, come to us through a reliable sources of information at such level.
I personally believe there in nothing in reality believable, everything can be put to the scrutiny of doubt, save the fact that there is the human mind fashioned for the world capable of seeing the world in a particular way. What we see might not be just what it is in the world. There might be hell under our very nose or heaven, who really knows.
It is just the aperture of out five senses that if opened to us allowing some light, some sound, some sense, where rest remains absconded in darkness, shrouded in the appearance. I believe it is all in the believing of the mind that truth is seen.
What is truth?

It depends on how you view truth. Is truth independent from thought? Is truth just out there for us to discover, something that is out there whether we know it or we don't? If yes, then truths don't have to be believed to be true, because they are true no matter what humans believe. And if humans believe the truth is false then it is still true.
Some suggest however that there is no such thing as objective truth, that reality only exists because we believe it, because we see it. Without an observer, there can not be truth. So in a sense then things must be believed in order to be true.
All this stuff is very universal, but if we are talking about a community objective truth may not be that important. A truth for the community is what the majority of the members of the community believe is true. So if a member disagrees with this belief, it is most likely his beliefs will be considered false, no matter whether his belief is actually true or not.

Man, that's one mouthful of a question. Why would Truth care if anyone believed in it or not, it knows it is True. If everyone ceased believing in stone, would it cease being stone? What about iron, steel, atoms? If mere belief in was criteria for existence, there could be no extinct.
Beliefs are insubstantial, ethereal, almost ever changing, and therefore unreliable as indicators of existence. Belief's kissing cousin, Faith, is the source of most of the misery of the last five decades. Only Truth with a capitol T is worth your attention and nothing, nothing must be believed.

The false premise underlying this question is that mere belief, or faith in religious terms, can create facts which are true independently of such beliefs. This is the pure nonsense which underlies all religious claims about gods, miracles, angels, devils, etc..
If something is true, whether it is a behavior description or a description of the natural world, it is true based upon physical evidence; not upon mere belief by any group of humans that it is true. Mere belief does not create facts...other than the trivial fact that so-and-so believes that such-and-such is true. That statement may be true whether or not the belief in question is true or false.
Example: Bob believes that Mary, mother of Jesus, was a virgin at the time god impregnated her. If Bob actually believes that, the statement is a true description of Bob's belief. But Bob's belief by no means makes what he believes true. Millions of people believe what Bob believes, but that still doesn't make it true. The fact that it is believed by millions of folks has nothing whatsover to do with its truth.
For a very long time millions of people believed that the Earth was flat. That didn't make the Earth flat did it?
The priests of many monotheistic religions will answer "yes" to this question, for they believe that the gods and miracles of their faith are, in fact truth. But the correct scientific answer is "NO."

Here is what I am assuming in answering your question.
I am assuming that "truth" is objective. That is to say, it's true
without regard to anything outside of itself. It is self defining.
I am assuming that belief is not a recognition of the truth but
is instead a subjective opinion as to whether something is
true or not. Given these two assumptions, one does not relate
to the other. Opinions about the likelihood of something being
true are self serving. They do not, in any way alter the true
nature of any thing. They are shadows that have no real
substance. Cannon fodder for the combat between humans
with opposing ideas of what is true or not. Real truth knows
nothing of opinions. It is what it is. Think what you like.

Yes is what i would say.
Truth dosent change with time. Just like the nature of humans until and unless we are hurt at some point by some one. Hatred or negativity dosent enter any heart. And all those basically what we are when no other external disturbance is acting on you.. is the true nature of a person.
The greatest truth are the simplest facts.. Our thoughts make it complex and we keep thinking about the impossibles.
Its all about making ourselves capable of see it.
The facts are dynamic. But they ffunction with one simple law. "Accepting everything in the normal sence", Im not going to explain what is normal sense. It cant be taught.. you can learn it by experience.

Yes the existence of god...we can not physically touch him we cannot see him and in order for his teachings to go on we must believe in him.believe he is truth ,that is what makes him truth .

No. Of course not!
When attempting to distinguish truths, fact from fiction, humans will always be bias.
Nothing is really 100% true, truth is just a conclusion we come to when we find no evidence that it was ever false. But truths are constantly changing.

No, I do not think so,
one need not to believe anything in order to experience the truth,
because truth itself is the ultimate existence.

It used to be true that the planet is flat. It was also true that the sun revolved around the earth. Now it's true that the Earth is a sphere that revolves around the sun in an infinite space. Tomorrow it might be true that Space is merely some dust in an old man's shoe.
Truth is subjective.
