There are many charity second hand shops in Edinburgh (73 according to Yell). There is a slightly out of date map of them:

Raeburn Place in Stockbridge has a large selection of charity shops including a new Save the Children one like one in the TV series on revamping one in Kent. Others selling clothes include St Columba's Hospice, Barnados, Shelter and Capability Scotland. Oxfam has specialist music and book shops, but no clothes.
There are also a few commercial second hand shops selling designer dresses etc:

The Leith area is fantastic for good quality second hand clothing. Along Leith Walk there are several charity shops and in Leith itself there are 3, one of which is a charity shop discount shop so it's even more cheaper. You can get tops for £1 and trousers and skirts for £3.

There are lots of charity shops that sell good quality clothing. Edinburgh has quite a lot of upmarket people so they donate good stuff. The better the area the better the goods is my rule.

If your talking about the Wii then they are still in short supply. Give your details the stores so your on the waiting list, many have already sold the stock before it comes in so it never hits the shop floor.
