Juliet is saying that her love for Romeo is endless, and that the more love she gives to him, the more love she recieves. Their love is forever and the cycle of giving and recieving love is infinate for both of them.

A beautiful and romantic quote to say the least.

In literature, the sea is most often referencing to some type of danger or caution. The "sea" is foreshadowing the danger waiting for Romeo and Juliet. So the quote is essentially saying that their love is infinite because so is death.
