can i use the key without the alarm remote to drive. i lost the remote and only have the key,?
i dont want the alarm to go off. if i turn the key and the alarm goes off, how can i get the alarm to stop? do ya'llthink that just putting the key in the ignition will turn off the alarm? or if i get in the car and lock the dorr the alarm will go off?

put the key in the ignition and turn it.... it should stop.... just dont use the auto lock feature in your car and you should be all set... what type of car is it??

yes you should be able to do that, but be ready to pull a fuse if needed, some stock alarms go for a long time.
you should have little trouble getting a new transmitter for your car.
