i was at jcpenny yesterday,and i saw some SUPER cute ones,but i didnt see how much it was.
theres some at dillards too,but i think theyre a tad more expensive than the ones at jcpenny.
target ones are probably the least expensive though.

Yes, you can but I would advise that you don't try to feed the elastic through the waistband of the skirt if your top or jacket covers the waist area anyway. What I have done is take two 3" pieces of elastic and sew them to the inside of the waistband of the skirt on either side of the front of the skirt, leaving the tummy area to lie flat. It will create a slightly gathered look to either front side as if the skirt was designed that way. It won't show on the outside of the waistband plus you can easily remove it later, if you want. could you not just get that one? i know target has these skirts wal-mart too, pretty much any store you find will have them since lots of people are wearing them right now.
