the president of North Korea Kim Jong-il, is a real turd-sniffer.

Former Philippines President Joseph Estrada. He was impeached like 8 years ago because of fake accounts, graft, etc. Now he's running for presidency again claiming that the best years of Philippines as a nation was when he was the leader. What's more ridiculous? In the current surveys he's included on the top 3 possible winners (out of 9 candidates)

I don't really know. Ahmadinejad gets a lot of press and might be a good choice but there may be some lesser known buy more ridiculous leaders out there.

I clicked on this question expecting to see "LOL OBAMA". I wasn't disappointed. Well, I was disappointed, but only because I'm disappointed that people think he's the "most ridiculous" leader of any nation.

I love it when people answer Obama and aren't joking about it. Okay honestly, politics aside, he's competing with a man who denies the Holocaust and another who threatened to nuke Hawaii on the 4th of July. Honestly, I could give less than a damn about your politics, stop whining about it.

Kim Jong IL because his propagandists practically tell his people that he has superhuman powers...and he's a lot uglier than Ahmadinejad.

Since Obama thinks it's 'amusing' that Americans protest more government intrusion in their lives, I think it's amusing to say he's the most ridiculous leader of any nation.

He's also childish and a whiner and needs to grow up.

Ahmadinejad isn't bad... Obama would be a good choice too.
