I have a very old lamp shade. Appears to be plastic panels.?
The panels are laced to the wire frame. It looks almost like oil cloth. Any ideas what it is made of, who made it, or, when it was made?
Update:
I guess the question I should have asked is: are there any web sites I could check for a clue?

Not without seeing it.
Take it to an antique store, they could probably tell you more.
