Don't fret, Sweetie. Nausea is REALLY normal - at all stages and totally out of the blue. The shaking could just be a pinched nerve or muscle spasm. When I was pregnant the first time, one day, I woke up and couldn't walk. Turns out the baby had grown just enough to pinch some nerves in my back that were out of wack from a car accident 7 years before. I went to the chiropractor and was walking soon after. Our bodies react in crazy ways to being pregnant. If you are in good health otherwise and you've had regular check ups - I wouldn't worry too much. However, it's perfectly alright to call your docs office and talk to the dr on call about your concerns. If nothing else, it will give you peace of mind so you can get a good night's sleep.
