Both are very hot and spicy and both go well with beef, but I think mustard maybe the most versatile.

    Horseradish

  • If it's ham, then English mustard. For beef, I would have both! Mustard on the beef and the horseradish in the middle of half a tinned peach - or 2!!!

Trout blue with cream horseradish --- Nürnberger Rostbratwürste with sweet bavarian mustard and Schinkenbratwurst with Düsseldorfer moustard.

I use it in powdered form & it adds so much to cooking...but I heve never seen it in 'mustard' form. I am not sure what they would mix it with...but, they do it well powdered, why not in liquid form! As long as it hasn't got any vinegar in it, try it & see.

they have such different flavors, it would depend on what you were pairing them with.
