prelude tire clicking?

i drive a 94 prelude si with a 94 prelude VTEC engine in it... wehn i drive my front driverside tire makes a clicking sound; you can hear it best when im moving slow because when i move faster the clicking happens so fast its hard to hear. It doesnt happen only when i turn and does not amplify or change when i turn. So i dont think its the CV joint. I think its the wheel bearing. Someone on a forum said to just tigten the screws in the wheel bearing and it will stop... I dont see any screws when i pull teh tire off and poke around though... where are these screws he spoke of... or do i just need to replace my wheen bearing? or is it something else? thanks

Update:

no its not anything stuck in my tire... I already said i checked that... does anyone have any helpful information please?

Update 2:

sorry i thought i already mentioned that in my question... my fault... but no i took the tire off and checked all the tread and rolled it around... its not a problem with the tire... the tire is brand new and in perfect condition

Hey, you either got a small rock stuck in between the treads, or a nail. If it is a nail, dont pull it out until you get the fix a flat, or go to the tire store for a fix. OK ?

Tire fixes are cheap. head out there now, before you go flat. But check for a rock, FIRST !!!!!

you may substitute your battery. often times whilst a battery sits unused for an prolonged quantity of time, the lead plates interior it develop into warped by way of end discharge. i might advise Taking your battery into any vehicle components keep (Checker, enhance vehicle components, etc...) and characteristic them examine your battery. If the plates are warped interior, even a leap wont do something on your vehicle. Now... in case your battery turns up good for some reason, you may take a look into all your fuses and relays below your hood... Your oil and gasoline frequently have not something to do with climate or not your starter will turn the engine over, it fairly is the only duty of your starter, and the battery. So if not something is happening (ie your radio doesnt artwork interior the ACC place) then you definately want a battery.
