What other states have DMV driving tests that have Critical Driving Error?

I live in California and I always fail the test because of a Critical Driving Error. For those of you who don't know a Critical Driving Error results in an automatic fail. I'm moving to the East Coast later this year for college and I'm just wondering if the states in the East Coast also have it.

Update:

oklatom: What I'm asking is if you know if there are other states that have automatic fails in their driving test?

All the states have rules in effect that cause you to fail the driving test with certain errors, and most of the states do call them critical driving errors.

Critical errors would include refusal to do a maneuver on the test when asked, running a red light or stop sign, causing an accident, that type of thing.
