Basically, what you do is follow the demonstration closely. Starting at 1:18:
1. Apply pressure / press down on the point with your thumb, and then relax again at roughly 2 seconds intervals each time. (Press down for 2 seconds, relax for 2 seconds, repeat).
(Around the 1:32 mark)
2. If you don't feel anything or if it's rather mild, twist the thumb around as you apply pressure.
