LADIES- how do you tell if your period is coming?

Question

For example, do you mark it on the calendar, is it regulated by a pill/hormone meds, do you mark your mood swings or your diet? I'm basically seeing if there's anyone else like me who watches their chemical changes within their body. (Not just diet. The sound of a man's voice, sensitivity to touch, increase in smell sensors, etc. Those minute changes that happen when a woman is ovulating.)

It's okay, I just wanted to see what other women do to tell when their period is coming.

now, i know because i am on the pill and it is regulated for me. but before i went on the pill, i had a very strange (but somehow reliable) system. my period wasnt super-regular, but i would always think "gosh, i havent had my period in a while!" and about 2 or 3 days later I would get it. ive never heard of anyone else having this, but it worked for me. i believe in the 4 years i was using this system i was only surprised twice.

I Know Because I Am On The Pill And It Is Regulated For Me. But, I Also Can Tell When I Start Having Cravings For Sweets Like Chocolate And Salty Foods Like Chips And Pretzel... And The Sound Of My Bf's Voices Sound Much More Sexual To Me And I Usually Have A Higher Sex Drive On My Period.
&& Sometimes I Get Mood Swings... && Get A Bit Crampy... Its Like Post-PMS... (Laughs)

Pretty much, when I used to get it, everyone else would tell me I was PMSing, even teachers. Then BAM! About two days later, I got it. I don't get it anymore because I'm on the Depo birth control shot.

I don't know if i'll be answering your question. but when my period is coming, i have this huugee appetite and i keep eating and eating...oh God.
