does allergy pills make you sleepy?
I have to take these assured allergy pills or I will b miserable throughout the spring. Im pretty sure that is making me sleepy though. Today I accidentally took three instead of two.... what will happen?

you'll be fine...don't worry. yes - they can make you sleepy...but you can buy non drowsy ones...not sure if they are as effective - but you can buy them.

All anti-histamines (what allergy tablets usually contain) will make you sleepy (yes even the non-drowsy ones; they just have a lower incidence of drowsyness). An accidental intake of an extra tablet shouldn't be a problem; just be kind to your liver for the next week or so - try to lay off alcohol if you drink.

Most allergy pills are antihistamines and definitely make you sleepy. More will make you even sleepier.
There are a few that don't make you sleepy.
Read the label to find the ingredients and then Google the ingredients. You should be able to find out what you are taking and whether it makes you sleepy.

Both chlorpheniramine maleate and Diphenhydramine hydrochloride make u drowsy... but i find the chlorpheniramine stronger
