how to can green beans?
I have not canned in years. I am going to try my luck this year. I cant remember how to can green beans. I do not use a pressure canner. Just want to know how using a regular canner.How long do you boil them in the jars? How do you can them?

Believe or not... Many canning books we buy are based upon the USDA Guide.
In regards to green beans, I thought you had to pressure can them unless you add an acid to the green beans. I don't remember, but you have "The" source.
