Adam Dunn or Adam Jones? which one?

i know their strengths and weaknesses. i own one, and the other is a free agent. too early to give up on players, but i have a chance to drop one for the other. dropping somebody else to own both is NOT an option. which one?

i've really started to sour on Jones recently......he's just way too unpredictable.......he's certainly still a nice option, especially since OF is so weak this yr,however.....

i would choose Dunn......the fact is,Dunn strikes out a ton,and he tends to have really long slumps throughout the season.....but at the end of the yr,he always ends up around 40 HR's and over 100 RBI's........and i'll take that every time, especially since Jones wont hit for too high of an average.....

in fact, his avg the past two yrs is almost exactly the same as Dunn......and the worst part is,Jones doesnt even give you many SB's either.......he only had 10 each of the past two yrs......

and so,to me its not even close.....go w/ Dunn.

Jones. Dunn has minimal to offer. Jones has alot of potential and BAL is beginning to not stink anymore. Markakis is hitting better so I anticipate that Jones will be better.

Jones is a slight injury risk but I'd have to be desperate to take "1-category Dunn"

That depends on alot. Jones is the better all around player. Dunn is the better power hitter.

    What does your team need?

If roto league, I would probably lean towards Jones, unless you have better OF'ers already.

Dunn. Baltimore straight sucks so you can't depend on them to help Jones #'s as to where believe it or not, Washington actually doesn't have a bad offense just no pitching.
