Why do Heat/Nets/Knicks/Bulls fans keep on dreaming on getting Amar'e Stoudemire?
You think he will not be given an extension? The Suns should give him the contract he wants. I think after what Amare has done and what he is about to do, leading the Suns this post season, he will BE A SUN. I think the only scenario that Amare leaves is if the Suns lose the series to the Blazers which has about a 1% chance of happening.

I like and respect the Suns as a Knicks fan. I really like your team always loved Nash and Hill and a lot of your guys. Go! Channing! Anyways, as a Knicks fan I don't know what your talking about. Not many people I know that along with myself want Amar'e here in NY. I like David Lee as a player much much much more I think Lee is better.
Outside of sheer athleticism and strength Amar'e has nothing on Lee. And Lee may not be as athletic, but Lee is pretty capable of doing some athletic things himself. In terms of everything else Lee is better. Lee has a more sound offensive game. The both of them have a very solid perimeter game, but Lee does a better job posting up and creating his own shot {Amar'e has been in the NBA longer and has yet to do this all that well: create his own shot}. Not to mention for all his power Stat is a terrible rebounder on the boards he should get much more. Lee is a rebounding beast and a very gifted passer as well. Both are bad defenders, but Lee gets better and better and adds something new to his game every year so he can improve on d. Amar'e not so much. Plus, Amar'e is injury prone and has had a relationship turned sour with Mike D'Antoni once before, so I don't want him in NY.
With that said good luck in the playoffs. Steve Nash is a beast. I love the way the Suns are structured with J.Rich and Dudley being here a full season. I think you guys will bring back Bell next season and it would be like you really added Rich and Dud w/o losing out on Bell. Bell and Dud will be a formidable perimeter defense tandem. Both with the capability to rain down 3's.
Suns are one of my favorite other teams!!!

As of precise now, ~25 video games into the season, Amare is in all threat a pacesetter for the MVP. His numbers are there. he's the guy on his group, and he can get the lion's share of the credit for his group's fulfillment, not something that too many different applicants can say precise now. it is not person-friendly to declare if he can preserve this point of production over the direction of a season, and the Knicks nonetheless have yet to be examined against the activity's elite, yet after we assume the ultimate, i could say that is a smart assumption that he finishes interior the genuine 3 this 12 months, and he extremely has a case as being the Most worthy participant over the direction of the 2010-2011 season.

Amare will be greater in Chi Town, but if he stays a Sun I'll be fine since their one of my other favorite teams.

No Steve Nash is getting old, he should leave so he can try to win a championship with wade. If he stay then he either don't want a Ring or think he can win one in Phoenix .

you are right, amar'e is staying in phoenix, mostly due to being able to play with Nash for another couple of years.
