If Shrek was never born, the premise of the final chapter of Shrek, then why is Fiona (his wife) still an ogre?

Update:

The scene in the previews (in question) appeared to show her in the day being bounced up in down in a blanket. Shouldn't she have still been in the tower? And if she is out, shouldn't she have been with Prince Charming and human. Just saying

you know the best way to answer that question is to GO SEE THE MOVIE WHEN IT COMES OUT

if people knew already then another movie would be (more-so than already) pointless

According to the curse she turns into one at night. Then she meets her love and then she takes her true form. If she was with the prince it would have been human.
