Floss before or after brushing?

Do you floss before or after brushing your teeth? Do you think it makes any difference?

I wondered this too, so I asked my dental hygenist. She said that it really doesn't matter, and it is probably best to floss before you brush so that you can brush away the debris. At the dentist, they floss afterward because the toothpaste they use is so granular, they need to get out the debris it leaves behind.

I just make sure to floss at least once a day. I have found it doesn't really make a difference to your teeth whether you do it before or after, but to some folks it helps then keep up the habit.

i'm a dental hygiene student and we've been instructed by potential of our professors that all of us ought to floss in the previous brushing so which you're perfect. i assume there's a debate, which there constantly is, between publishers/ authors. i in my view % to floss after brushing whether it does make lots extra experience to floss first. you would be able to desire to constantly brush, floss, brush in case you complication. the main severe factor even with the incontrovertible fact that may not once you floss yet which you floss as quickly as an afternoon.
